The Tack Room

The Tack Room is situated in the beautiful peaceful countryside enjoying stunning views just 5 miles from the centre of St Andrews. Recently converted from an old barn, The Tack Room is one of six spacious and gorgeous properties. It has one bedroom located on the mezzanine level accessed by stairs, with a super kingsize bed which can be changed into two singles on request. Downstairs offers like the other cottages a lovely spacious open plan living area with kitchen and dining area perfect for two. The luxury bathroom is on the ground floor with a spacious walk-in shower, heated towel rail and de-mister mirror with shaving and electric toothbrush point. There is a large separate dining room with kitchen that can be hired for special occasions and large family gatherings.
St Andrews is full of history and culture and famous for its university where Prince William and Kate met along with being the birthplace of golf. Enjoy a round of golf on some of world’s most famous golf courses or spend the day shopping in this beautiful historic town. If the weather is nice, relax on the golden sandy beaches. Travel along the Fife coastline and you will some discover some of the most picturesque fishing villages still working today. This really is the perfect base for some peace and quiet yet minutes from the centre of town.
The Tack Room can be booked with The Granary, The Hayloft, The Byre, The Stable and The Smithy to accommodate up to 14 guests.
