The Granary

The Granary is situated in the beautiful peaceful countryside enjoying stunning views just 5 miles from the centre of St Andrews. Recently converted from an old barn, The Granary is one of five spacious and gorgeous properties. Each property has its own private entrance and looks out over the far-reaching uninterrupted views over the Eden Estuary and beyond. Set within the grounds of Knockhill Farm, The Granary accommodates two guests and has a spacious open plan living space with a flatscreen TV. The luxury shower room is situated on the ground floor, with a spacious walk in shower, heated towel rail and demister mirror, shaving and electric toothbrush points and complimentary toiletries. The bedroom is located on the mezzanine level accessed by stairs, and the super kingsize bed can be changed into two singles on request. The Granary offers outstanding views over the rolling countryside. There is underfloor heating and free Wi-FI. A large separate dining room with kitchen can be hired for special occasions and large family gatherings.
St Andrews is full of history and culture and famous for its university where Prince William and Kate met along with being the birthplace of Golf. Enjoy a round of golf on some of world’s most famous golf courses or spend the day shopping in this beautiful historic town. If the weather is nice, relax on the golden sandy beaches. Travel along the Fife coastline and you will some discover some of the most picturesque fishing villages still working today. This really is the perfect base for some peace and quiet yet minutes from the centre of town.
Granary can be booked with The Smithy, The Hayloft, The Byre, The Stable and The Tack Room to accommodate up to 14 guests.
