Red Brick Barn is in Burton Pedwardine, a small village about six miles from Sleaford. It's a detached barn conversion. You get the garden to yourselves, it's enclosed with a patio area.
The barn sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything is on the ground floor and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. There's an electric vehicle charger on site.
It's quiet here. There are fields and a paddock next door, you can sometimes see deer. Walking and cycling routes start right from the property.
The nearest shop and a pub that does food are about a mile and a half away. In the village itself, there's Mayfield Vineyard. You can book a tasting, or we can arrange for a bottle to be in the fridge when you arrive.
Sleaford has supermarkets and a train station. You can get a train to Skegness, or even to London if you fancy a long day out. Lincoln is about a 25 minute drive. The Cathedral and Castle are worth the trip.
For local days out, Cogglesford Mill in Sleaford is interesting. There's fishing and horse riding nearby if that's your thing.
Facilities wise: there's a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking right outside.
