Red Brick Barn
Red Brick Barn is in Burton Pedwardine, about six miles from Sleaford. It's a detached barn conversion. The garden is enclosed.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star property, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. The layout is all on the ground floor, which is handy.
The kitchen is modern and has what you need. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Some doorways are extra wide and there's a ramped entrance.
The village is small and quiet. There's a vineyard here you can visit. For a shop or a pub, you need to go about a mile and a half down the road. Sleaford has supermarkets and a train station. You can get a train to Skegness or to London from there.
Lincoln is about half an hour away by car. It's worth a visit if you like history.
For walks, you can just go straight from the barn into the lanes and footpaths. There's sometimes deer in the paddock next door. There's also Mareham Pastures nature reserve nearby. If you want to go riding or fishing, there are local places for that.
Facilities: There's Wi-Fi, a TV, parking right outside, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. We can provide a cot and a highchair.
