It's called Howell Hall Barn. It's in Howell, in Lincolnshire. It's a detached barn conversion, sleeps twelve, which is a lot.
Six bedrooms, five bathrooms. That's handy for big groups. It's got a 5 Star rating, so it's well kitted out. It's all on one level from the main entrance, which is good if you have anyone who struggles with steps. There is an internal mezzanine level with steps to it.
The main room is one big open space. Kitchen, dining, and sitting area all together. The kitchen has a breakfast bar. There's a big garden to the side and back. It's lawned, good for kids to run around. There's a BBQ and a hot tub.
There's a separate games room at the back with bi-fold doors to the garden. It has a cinema screen and projector. So if the weather's bad, or if the kids want a film, it's there.
You'll need a car. The local shop and pub are about a mile and a half away in the next village. The pub does food.
Sleaford is six miles away. That's where you'll find bigger supermarkets and a train station. From there you can get to Skegness, or Lincoln, or even London if you fancy a long day out.
The area is very rural. There are footpaths and cycling routes straight from the door. You'll see a lot of wildlife. Sometimes there are deer in the field next door.
For facilities: It has pretty much everything. Washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TVs. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance. There's an electric vehicle charger. You can bring up to two dogs. Things like bedding, towels, a cot, and a highchair are included.
If you're looking for things to do, Lincoln is about a 30 minute drive. The Cathedral is worth seeing. For walks and history, the National Trust has a few properties nearby, like Belton House. The Lincolnshire County Council visitor site has wider information.
