The Den

The Den is on a single track road near Heckington. It's detached, so no one is attached to you. The garden is fenced in if you have a dog. It's quiet. You can see fields.

It's a 3 Star place, so it's clean and comfortable. It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The stairs are normal.

You're a bit more than a mile from Heckington village. They've got a shop and a couple of pubs. The eight-sailed windmill there is the one everyone goes to see, and it has a cafe.

It's a good spot if you want to get to the coast without staying right on it. The station in the village has trains to Skegness.

Sleaford is a 15 minute drive. It's a proper market town. For bigger days out, Tattershall Castle and Belton House are within twenty minutes by car. Lincoln is about half an hour away. The cathedral is worth it. Burghley House and Belvoir Castle are closer to 40 minutes.

There's a golf course in Helpringham, about five miles away. The lanes around here are flat, so people cycle and walk a lot.

What's here: a washing machine, an enclosed patio with a BBQ, parking right outside, and a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
