The Pavilion
The Pavilion is here in Swaton. It's a detached single storey building, like a big garden studio. It's just for two people. One bedroom, one shower room. It's a 5 Star place, so everything's new and it's done to a high standard. The main room is open plan.
The garden is enclosed, which is good if you're bringing a dog. You can bring one pet. There's a patio with a barbecue and furniture. There's also a shed for storing bikes.
It's a rural spot. Quiet. You're looking out over fields. The nearest proper shop and pub are in Billingborough, about two miles away. Donington village, five miles away, has a supermarket, a butcher, a pub and a takeaway.
For a bigger town, Sleaford is nine miles. It's got all the shops and amenities you'd need, plus plenty of places to eat.
If you're here for walking or cycling, you can go straight from the door. There's local fishing too. There's a golf course nearby.
For days out, Lincoln is within half an hour. Stamford is about the same. The National Trust's Belton House is close. The RAF Battle of Britain Memorial Flight at Coningsby is about 35 minutes drive. The Lincolnshire and Norfolk coasts are both within an hour if you fancy the beach.
Facilities are all included: WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, bedding and towels. Parking is right outside. If you book over Christmas, the place will be decorated and you'll get a hamper with mince pies and things.
