The lovely open plan living area is equipped with a full range of facilities and makes full use of the gorgeous views of the surrounding lake and woodland. The extra large windows incorporate plenty of natural light seamlessly merging the living space into the dazzling surrounds. Sit and relax on the decked area overlapping the water’s edge with the sun glistening over the lake. A gorgeous hot tub is another extravagant addition, while the property benefits from a plethora of gorgeous wildlife. There’s nothing like an early morning stroll along Colne Valley, or a day dangling your fishing rod into your own private swan-filled lake. Situated close to Colchester with thriving high street and a stunning castle, the property is in the heart of the Essex countryside. Take a trip on the Colne Valley Steam Railway, or visit Colchester Zoo, Layer Marney Tower, and the gatehouse to what would have been Henry VIII royal residence. No trip to Essex would be complete without a trip to the coast, Frinton on Sea, Clacton or cross the strood to Mersea Island, famous for Rock Oysters, great seafood restaurants and sailing.
