South Barn
South Barn is a barn conversion in Monkokehampton, Devon. It's detached, so it's on its own. Sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well put together and comfortable.
You come in through the front door into a hall. There are two living rooms, both with sofas and Smart TVs. The kitchen is open plan with a big dining table. It's got a dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. One twin, one double, and one king size with its own shower room. The other two share a family bathroom.
Outside there's a patio with a bench and a parasol. The garden is enclosed. You can park right there.
The location is rural. You're between Dartmoor and Exmoor. For a walk or a cycle, the Tarka Trail is nearby. The Dartmoor National Park authority site is good for planning walks. For a day out, Castle Drogo is about a 20 minute drive.
The nearest proper shops and pubs are in Iddesleigh, Hatherleigh or Winkleigh, which are a short drive. Iddesleigh is about five minutes away.
If you want the coast, North Devon beaches like Westward Ho! or Saunton Sands are about a 40 minute drive. Exeter is around 45 minutes.
Facilities: it's got WiFi, TV, a cot and highchair if you need them, bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a BBQ.
