Old Dairy
Old Dairy is a converted barn here at Park Mill Farm, near Chulmleigh. It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. You can bring one dog.
The place is open plan downstairs with a wood burner. The ceiling is high with old beams. It feels spacious. The kitchen and bathroom are done in a style that fits the barn.
You're on the edge of a 20-acre site. There are fields and woods you can walk in. A river runs through it. There's a fishing lake on the farm you can use, and you're allowed to fish in the river too. We include a 45-minute session in the sauna and cold plunge for guests.
Chulmleigh village is less than a mile away. It's a small hilltop place with thatched cottages. There are a few pubs, an Indian restaurant, and some local shops.
For days out, Dartmoor and Exmoor are both within about an hour's drive. So is the North Devon coast, places like Westward Ho! or Woolacombe. Exeter is about 45 minutes south.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. A cot and highchair are there if you need them. There's parking right outside.
