The Old Coach House

The Old Coach House sits beautifully within the private grounds of one of Edinburgh’s finest houses, hidden from the road tucked away behind the garden walls it is perfectly located in the highly exclusive area of Murrayfield; 10 minutes from the centre of Edinburgh. The Old Coach House is full of elegance and style and yet has a lovely, relaxed feel to it. Beautifully decorated throughout with three bright and spacious bedrooms and an impressive living/dining room where you can relax by the large open fire after a long day of exploring Edinburgh, watching Scotland play Rugby at the fantastic Murrayfield Stadium, 5 minutes down the road or playing a golf just up the road at the Murrayfield Golf Club. A visit to the Scottish National Gallery is always recommended again less than 5 minutes away.
As you enter this beautiful house you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a lovely little breakfast area that looks over the courtyard. There is a downstairs bedroom with a single bed and a downstairs shower room next to it along the hall. The large living/dining room has high ceilings and a Minstrel’s gallery above. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with a free-standing bath and shower attachment. To the rear of The Coach House there is a lovely, paved garden, ideal for sitting out al fresco and enjoying the very long summer evenings.
There is so much to see and do in Edinburgh and the Old Coach House truly is the best place to stay whilst learning more about all the history and culture Edinburgh has to offer. Not forgetting the amount of shopping, eating and relaxing.
