Coed Y Pentre
Coed Y Pentre is in Carno in Powys. It's a detached house, up a bit of a slope with views over fields.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well kitted out and in good order. The layout is open plan downstairs.
The place is wheelchair accessible at the entrance and has a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The stairs are fine.
You get the garden to yourselves. There's a patio with a barbecue and a private hot tub. Parking for four cars on the drive.
In the village, about a mile away, there's a shop, a post office and a pub. Newtown and Llanidloes are the nearest proper towns for more shops and places to eat. Both are about a 15 minute drive.
You're well placed for walking. The Hafren Forest and Pumlumon hills are on the doorstep. The Clywedog Reservoir and Lake Vyrnwy are close by for water. The Elan Valley is about half an hour's drive. The west coast is about an hour if you fancy a change.
Facilities wise: it's got everything you'd expect - washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. It's family friendly, we've got a cot, highchair and stairgate. You can bring up to two dogs. It's decorated for Christmas if you book over that period.
