The Coach House
The Coach House is on the Portway, just outside Hereford. It's a detached building next to our main house. You're in the countryside but only four miles from the city.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable. Some bumps and quirks because it's an old coach house, but it's solid.
You get your own garden with seating. There's a summer house out there too. The garden looks over the stable yard, so you might see the horses coming and going.
Inside, there's a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right there. You can bring one dog.
Hereford is close for shops and pubs. The cathedral is there, which has the Mappa Mundi. Good walking is easy. Queenswood Country Park is nearby. For a bigger walk, Hergest Ridge or Offa's Dyke are within half an hour. Hay-on-Wye is about a 25 minute drive if you like books.
