Church Cottage
Church Cottage is in Denford, Northamptonshire. It's a detached cottage right next to the village church. The River Nene is at the bottom of the garden. You can see fields from there.

Parts of the building are old. The stairs are the steep, winding type you get in cottages. A fair bit of the ground floor is accessible if you have limited mobility or use a smaller wheelchair. The master bedroom is upstairs.

It's a good spot for walking or cycling along the river. You can fish or use a canoe. For a day out, Wicksteed Park is under 10 miles away. It's a family theme park.
There are several big houses to visit. Castle Ashby is close by. Rockingham Castle and Lyveden are near Oundle. Althorp is about 15 miles away. Silverstone is 35 miles if you're into motor racing. Oxford and Cambridge are both within an hour's drive.
