Bailey's Retreat is a single-storey house. It's detached, so no noise through the walls. It's on the edge of the village of Bardney. Quiet place. There's a garden that's enclosed, which is good if you've got kids or a dog. We don't accept dogs, sorry. There's a hot tub out there too.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. All on the ground floor, so no stairs at all. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. You get bedding and towels.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. There's a TV and Wi-Fi. Parking for a couple of cars on the drive. There's an electric vehicle charger if you need it.
Bardney has a shop and a pub about half a mile away. The Viking Way cycle route goes right past, so you can hire bikes and start from the door. There's fishing nearby if that's your thing.
Lincoln is about twenty minutes by car. The cathedral and castle are up on the hill, it's a good day out. You can find everything there: shops, restaurants, the usual.
If you want to go to the coast, Skegness is under an hour's drive. It's a proper seaside town with a beach. For racing, Market Rasen is about half an hour away. The Lincolnshire Wolds are nice for a drive or a walk, lots of quiet villages and pubs. Louth is a nice market town.
