Hill Crest
Hill Crest is in Metheringham, Lincolnshire. It's detached, set back from the road. The views from the back are over open fields, nothing in the way.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, so it's well finished. The main living area is open plan, with big doors that open onto the terrace. There's a hot tub out there.
You can walk straight from the door. The paths go into the fields. The village has a couple of pubs that do food. There's a shop about a mile and a half away.
Lincoln is ten miles to the north. The cathedral and castle are the main things to see. You can find out more on the Lincolnshire County Council visitor page.
Woodhall Spa is about eleven miles east. It's a nice village with restaurants. It has an open-air pool and a golf centre. The Dambusters museum is there too.
If you want to go further, the Aviation Heritage Centre in Coningsby is about eighteen miles away. Skegness is just under an hour's drive, if you fancy the seaside.
The Red Arrows train from RAF Waddington, which is nearby. You can sometimes see them from the garden in the warmer months.
For facilities: it's got a woodburning stove, a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. We accept up to two dogs. There's a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them.
