Ash Lodge is at Broadview Farm in Blacknest. It's one of five lodges here, all on the ground floor. You have your own bit of garden out front with a table and a barbecue.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Being all on one level makes it easier if stairs are a problem. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well looked after.
The lodge is on a working farm, so you're in the middle of about a hundred acres. There are fields and trees. It's quiet. The South Downs National Park starts just up the road.
There's a pub about a mile away that does food. For a bigger shop, Alton is a few miles. It's a proper market town.
If you want to get out, Alice Holt Forest is about a ten minute drive. Good for a walk or cycling. There's a golf course nearby, and you can go fishing or riding locally if you arrange it beforehand.
Inside, it's open plan. There's a TV, a washing machine, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
