Reeds Farmhouse is a converted barn on our property, right on the edge of Alice Holt Forest. It's detached and you get your own garden. The forest is basically your back garden, good for walks and bikes.
It sleeps five in three bedrooms. One kingsize, one twin, one single. One bathroom. It's a 4 Star, so it's comfortable and well-kept. The stairs are a normal sort of staircase.
The local pub, The Hoddington Arms, is about a five minute walk. They do food. There's a shop about a mile away in Bordon. Farnham is a ten minute drive for proper shops and a train to London.
If you like walking, you're right on the edge of the South Downs National Park. The Alice Holt Forest is managed by Forestry England, lots of trails. For a day out, Jane Austen's House in Chawton is about 20 minutes away. The Watercress Line steam railway in Alresford is about half an hour. Guildford is under half an hour for the cathedral and a bigger town.
In the house, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. We've got a stairgate if you need it. No pets, sorry.
