Reeds Farmhouse Holt Pound

Reeds Farmhouse is a detached barn conversion. It's in Holt Pound, on the Surrey and Hampshire border. Alice Holt Forest is right behind the place. Lots of people use it for walks and cycling.

It sleeps five. Three bedrooms upstairs: a kingsize, a twin, and a single. One bathroom is downstairs. There's also a utility room with the washing machine. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's well looked after and has what you need. The stairs are normal. The garden is enclosed.

There's a pub that serves food about 330 yards away. The nearest shop is a mile. Farnham is a ten-minute drive. It's a proper town with shops and places to eat. The train station there goes to London.

If you want to explore, you're in a good spot. The South Downs National Park is nearby. For a day out, you've got the Watercress steam railway, Jane Austen's House in Chawton, and Frensham Ponds. All within about half an hour's drive.

Further out, within about an hour, you can get to Portsmouth, Winchester, or the coast at Hayling Island. Legoland and Thorpe Park are also about an hour away, if that's your sort of thing.

Facilities: it's got parking, WiFi, a dishwasher, TV, and a stairgate if you have kids. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
