Willow Cottage

Willow Cottage is down a farm track in Blacknest. It's part of a small group of holiday lets on a working farm. The views from here are good, mostly fields and trees.

It sleeps four in two bedrooms and has one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything is on the ground floor, which is handy. The garden is enclosed at the back with a patio, so it's safe for a dog.

Inside, it's comfortable. There's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings, a TV, and WiFi. The kitchen has what you need. Bedding and towels are included, and there's a washing machine. Parking is right outside.

The farm is about 100 acres, so you can walk out from the door. For a bigger walk, the South Downs National Park starts practically on the doorstep. Alice Holt Forest is close by, maybe a ten minute drive. It's good for family walks and has a Go Ape.

There's a pub about a mile away that does food. The nearest shop is in Alton, which is a small market town about two miles away. It has the usual supermarkets and a few cafes.

If you're looking for a day out, National Trust places like Hinton Ampner or The Vyne are within half an hour. Jane Austen's House in Chawton is about fifteen minutes away.

You can bring one dog. There's a highchair if you need it.
