Larch Lodge is one of five cottages here at Broadview Farm in Blacknest. It's on a working farm with about 100 acres of land around it. You're right on the edge of the South Downs National Park.
It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything is on the ground floor, so no stairs to worry about. It’s got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean.
You have your own private garden with a patio, some furniture, and a barbecue. The parking is right outside.
Inside, it's open plan. There's a TV and WiFi. The kitchen has what you'd need. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you let us know.
We allow one well-behaved dog.
The farm is rural. The nearest pub is about a mile's walk. There's a shop and a restaurant within two miles in the village of Blacknest. For a bigger shop, Alton is about a ten-minute drive. It's a decent market town with pubs and cafes.
For getting out, you can walk straight into the South Downs from here. Alice Holt Forest is very close, maybe five minutes by car. It's good for walks and cycling. There's a golf course nearby, and some local fishing lakes.
If you want to go further, Farnham is about a 20-minute drive. Winchester, with its cathedral, is about half an hour away.
