Bramley Honington

Bramley is a converted barn near Honington in Lincolnshire. It’s set back from the lane, facing a farmyard. The owners live in the farmhouse opposite.

It sleeps four in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are downstairs and each has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs is all open plan: kitchen, dining area and living space. It’s rated 5 Star, so everything is new and works properly. It’s very clean.

You get the garden to yourselves, with a patio and a barbecue. Parking is right outside.

There’s a washing machine and dishwasher. Towels and bedding are included. The wifi is decent.

You can walk to the Brownlow Arms in about half an hour, or drive there in five minutes. It does good food. Grantham is about a fifteen minute drive for supermarkets and things.

For a day out, Belton House is nearby. Burghley House is about half an hour away. Golf at Belton Park is two miles. If you’re interested in aviation history, RAF Cranwell is a short drive.

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome. The garden is enclosed, but it’s a rural property so keep an eye on them near the farm.
