Mallard
Mallard is a lodge in a place called Gonerby Moor. It's just you, in your own detached place. The view is entirely across three fishing lakes and some fields beyond. It's quiet. You'll see a lot of birds.
Three bedrooms and one bathroom. It sleeps six. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well finished. Everything feels new. The lounge and kitchen are open plan. You can get a wheelchair through the front door and around the ground floor.
The main thing here is the fishing. You have access to all three lakes on site, just for residents. There are big catfish in there, if that's your sort of thing. The patio looks straight over the water.
There's a village shop and a pub about two and a half miles away. The pub serves food. For a bigger town, Grantham is seven miles. It has a mainline station that goes straight to London if you fancied a day trip. Lincoln is about half an hour's drive.
It's good walking and cycling country from the door. You're not far from the A1, which makes getting around easy.
Facilities: washing machine, all bedding and towels included, parking right outside. You can bring up to two dogs.
