Ostlers Cottage is in Dry Doddington, which is in Lincolnshire, near Newark. It's a cottage that's part of a courtyard on a farm. The farm doesn't have animals anymore, it's quiet. You share the courtyard with the other cottages but you get your own enclosed garden, which is an orchard. It looks out over fields.
It sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms with showers, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable, not flashy.

There's a pub in the village, a couple of minutes walk away. They do food. The nearest shop is about two miles away in Long Bennington.
Newark is about five miles. It's a proper market town with a castle and an antiques centre. You can get boat trips on the river. Further out, within about half an hour's drive, you've got Burghley House near Stamford, Belton House near Grantham, and the Southwell Workhouse. Lincoln is about 25 miles away, so that's a bit further but doable for a day out.
