This is Teal. It's a one-bedroom lodge on a fishing lakes site at Gonerby Moor in Lincolnshire. It's detached and looks right out over the water.
It's set up for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 5 Star rating, which basically means it's very well-equipped and finished to a high standard. Everything is on one level and there are grab rails in the bathroom.
The place is open plan. You get a private patio with the lodge. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside.
You're allowed to bring up to two dogs.
The main thing here is the fishing. You have access to three lakes, just for guests staying on site. They're known for big catfish.
There are some walks around the park itself and cycle routes start from the doorstep. The nearest shop, pub, and restaurant is about two and a half miles away.
Grantham is seven miles. It's got a mainline station if you wanted a day trip to London. It also has all the usual shops and places to eat.
For wider plans, the Lincolnshire County Council countryside page has walking and cycling info. The National Trust for Lincolnshire lists their properties nearby, like Belton House and Woolsthorpe Manor.
