The Coach House is in Great Easton. It's attached to our main house. You get your own entrance and a garden to sit in. It's built from stone and it's Grade II listed because it's old.
It sleeps five people in two bedrooms, so one bedroom has bunk beds plus a single. There's one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and clean but not modern. There are a lot of books here, over four hundred of them. The furniture is antique.
There's a pub and restaurant about a minute's walk away. A farm shop is just around the corner. The village is quiet.
You're between the A1 and M1, so getting around is easy. You can be in London in about an hour if you get the train from Kettering, which is five miles away.
For things to do, Rutland Water is close by for walking, cycling, or sailing. The market towns of Uppingham, Oakham and Stamford are nice to wander around. Rockingham Castle overlooks the village. If you want to drive a bit further, you've got Charlecote Park, Kirby Hall, or the National Space Centre in Leicester, all within half an hour.
Facilities wise: there's parking, a washing machine, WiFi, a TV, and a garden. Bedding and towels are included. There's storage for bikes. No pets.
