Situated alongside a large, well-stocked fishing lake, this detached holiday property is ideal for those looking for a peaceful fishing break or a relaxing base from which to explore the area. Situated just outside the small village of Old Leake where there are two pubs, a supermarket and children’s play area. Sheepgate Equestrian Centre is 2 miles away, where national dressage competitions are held. The local RSPB nature reserve at Freiston Shore is 5 miles away, whilst Leverton to the south has a cafe, village shop and pub.
