Headland View is in Banff. It's a detached house. The main thing is the view out to the North Sea. It's pretty straightforward. You get four bedrooms and three bathrooms, so it sleeps eight comfortably. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well kept.
The living room, kitchen, and dining sunroom are all open plan at the front. The sofas are big and face the windows. The sunroom has a table for everyone. There are doors out to the back garden from there.
One bedroom is downstairs. It's a double with a shower room next to it. Upstairs, there's a master bedroom with an en-suite and a small balcony, plus two twin rooms and a family bathroom. The stairs are fine.
The back garden is enclosed. There's a table and chairs out there. Parking is on the drive.
You can walk into Banff town centre. It's a five minute walk for shops or a pub meal. The coast path starts nearby if you want a walk along the cliffs.
The River Deveron is close if you're into fishing. There are golf courses around, and horse riding can be arranged locally. If you drive for about half an hour, you can get to places like Portsoy or the Speyside whisky distilleries.
Facilities: WiFi, Smart TV with Netflix, dishwasher, washing machine, bedding and towels are included. The property is wheelchair accessible at the entrance and has a downstairs bedroom and shower room. No pets.
