Morrice House is an end-terrace cottage in Ceres, just off the village green. It's on the Main Street. It was an old registry office. Sleeps six, three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The stairs are a bit steep, like a lot of these old places. There's a small garden out the back with a table if you want to sit outside.
Ceres is a quiet village. There's a butcher, a small shop, a cafe, and the Ceres Inn across the road does food. You can get some good walks straight from the door.
St Andrews is about eight miles away. That's where the university is, and the famous Old Course. You can get the bus from just outside. Cupar is three miles for bigger supermarkets.
There's a lot to do nearby if you drive. Tentsmuir Forest has a great beach. The St Andrews coast is good. For something different, Falkland Palace is about a 20-minute drive. Dundee and its museums, like the V&A, are about half an hour away.
In the house, you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We allow up to two well-behaved dogs. Please don't bring more than that.
