Fairy Cottage
This is Fairy Cottage. It's in Old Newton, Suffolk. It's a bungalow, so everything's on one floor. It's detached and you've got your own enclosed garden. It's just next to our house but you get all your own space.
It sleeps six across three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. We allow one well-behaved pet.
The garden is fully enclosed with a lawn. There's parking right there. Inside, there's a washing machine, a TV, and WiFi. We include all the bedding and towels. There's a cot if you need it.
You're a few minutes' walk from the village shop. There's a restaurant about 250 yards away. The nearest pub is two miles, in the next village.
Stowmarket is the nearest proper town, about ten minutes by car. They've got a leisure centre, shops, and a train station with direct lines to London and Norwich.
For days out, you're well placed. Lavenham, Long Melford, and Bury St Edmunds are all within half an hour. The Suffolk coast, like Aldeburgh or Southwold, is about 45 minutes to an hour. The Broads and Thetford Forest are also within an hour's drive.
