Wee Kalf is situated in the heart of Dufftown which offers a nice selection of places to eat and drink. There is also a selection of shops and the Dufftown whisky and heritage centre, which offers private tastings, exclusive bottling and lots of choice and tips for novices too. It is a lovely mile walk to the world-famous Glenfiddich and Balvenie distilleries, visitor centre and tours, and is in the heart of the Whisky Trail. 1 and 2 Wee Kalf are semi-detached stone cottages that were originally a milking shed however have been converted lovingly by the current owners. The properties can be booked together to accommodate larger groups whilst still allowing guests to have their own space.
The main living areas are open plan offering guests a high level of comfort. The kitchens are modern, contemporary and very well-equipped. There is a twin bedroom with luxury linen and a modern, beautiful en-suite shower room.
This is an ideal location to explore the whisky trails and the beautiful seaside towns scattered along the cost with spectacular beaches. The area is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts with lots of locals walks, mountain bike routes, fishing and of course skiing between January and March . Beach 22 miles. Shop, pub and restaruant 200 yards.
