Vallance House is in Hove, just outside Brighton. It's a detached house on a quiet road.
It sleeps ten. Five bedrooms and three bathrooms. It's a 5 Star place, so it's well looked after and everything works. One of the twin bedrooms and a shower room are on the ground floor, which is handy. The front step is level for wheelchair access.
The kitchen is big, with an island and two ovens. There's a big fridge freezer with a wine cooler in it. The coffee machine is the proper kind you put beans in.
You get two living rooms. The main one is open plan with a dining table that seats everyone. The second one has another TV, which is good if people want to watch different things.
The garden is enclosed. There's a patio with an outdoor kitchen area that has a sink and fridge, and a built-in barbecue. There's also a trampoline. You can hire a gas firepit or a hot tub for an extra cost if you want them.
You're about a five-minute walk from Church Road in Hove. That's where the restaurants and cafes are. The seafront and the beach are about a fifteen-minute walk. Brighton centre is a bit further, maybe twenty-five minutes on foot or a short drive.
For facilities: it has parking, WiFi, a dishwasher, washing machine, and a wood burner. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. No pets, I'm afraid.
