Vallance House is in Hove, just next to Brighton. It's a detached house on a quiet street, about five minutes walk from the main restaurants and bars on Church Road.
It sleeps ten people. There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, so it's well set up for groups. The ground floor has a bedroom with twin beds and its own shower room, which is handy if stairs are a problem for someone.
Upstairs, the main bedroom has a very large bed and an en suite. There's another bedroom with a super king bed, one with a king size, and a twins room. They share a family shower room.
The kitchen is big. It has an island, two ovens, an American fridge freezer with a wine cooler, and a coffee machine. The living and dining room is open plan with a large table. There's a second living room as well, with another TV.
The garden is enclosed. It has a trampoline, an outdoor kitchen area with a sink and fridge, and a ceramic BBQ. You can hire a hot tub and a gas firepit for an extra cost if you want them.
You're about a 15-20 minute walk from Hove seafront. Brighton Palace Pier and the Lanes are maybe half an hour on foot, or a very quick drive or bus ride.
For facilities: there's parking on the drive, a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and a wood burning stove. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. Sorry, no pets.
