North Laine Cottage is a two-bedroom house in Brighton, between the Level and North Laine. It's a terrace house. You have a small walled garden out the back, just a patio really, but it's private.
It sleeps four. Two double bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped. Everything works, it's clean, and it's been recently decorated.
The front door opens straight into the living room. The stairs are right there and they're quite steep, typical for a house this age. The kitchen is at the back and has a dishwasher and a washing machine.
You're about a two-minute walk from the shops and cafes in North Laine. The Pavilion is a five-minute walk. The seafront and the Palace Pier are about ten minutes downhill.
There's on-street parking with a permit we provide. You'll need to pay for the parking bay, but the permit is free.
Facilities include WiFi, a TV, a cot and highchair if needed. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
For planning days out, the Brighton & Hove City Council site has event listings. National Trust South Downs is good if you want to get out of the city for a walk.
