Happy House is in Roedean, which is the bit of Brighton just past the Marina. It's a terraced house and you get the whole thing. The main thing about it is the view. You look out over the pitch and putt course and the sea. You can see it from the living room, the main bedroom, and the little patio garden.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well looked after and comfortable. One bedroom has a double bed and a sea view. The other has a single bed with a pull-out trundle underneath. The bathroom is modern with a shower over the bath.
Downstairs is open plan. Kitchen, dining, living area. It's got what you need: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer. There's a Smart TV. The garden is at the front, up some steps. There's a patio with seating. You get two parking spaces on the drive at the bottom of the garden, which is a real plus for Brighton.
The beach is about a twenty minute walk. The Marina is even closer. You can walk along the boardwalk there, there are restaurants, a cinema, a bowling alley. There's a bungee jump if that's your thing.
For a day out, you can walk into town along the seafront. It takes a while but it's a nice walk. You've got the Pier, the Lanes, the Pavilion. Or you can drive or get the bus. The other way, you're right on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Good for walks or a bike ride.
Included: bedding, towels, WiFi, parking. One well-behaved dog is allowed. No smoking.
