Fairwind is a bungalow, so it's all on one level. It's right on the cliff top in Peacehaven. The views are the main thing, straight out to sea from the garden and the living room.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's a bungalow, so the layout is straightforward. There's a swimming pool in the back garden. It's under a cover, so you can use it even if the weather's not great.
The beach is about 150 yards away. You get to it down a ramp. There's a shop about 800 yards away. The local pub and a restaurant are a short walk, maybe 300 yards.
The town itself is quiet. Good for walks along the cliffs. There's a marker for the Greenwich Meridian line on the cliffs nearby, which is a bit of a local oddity.
Brighton is about six miles to the west. You can drive or get the bus. It's got everything: the Pavilion, the Lanes, the pier. The i360 viewing tower is there if you want a good look at the coast.
To the east, Newhaven is the port for ferries to France. You can also get boat trips from there to see the Seven Sisters cliffs from the water. The South Downs are a short drive inland if you want a change from the coast.
For facilities: it's detached, with a private, enclosed garden. There's parking. It has WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
