Kingsway Court is in Seaford. It's an apartment on the first floor, so there are some stairs up to it. You're a few minutes' walk from the beach, which is shingle. The main bedroom has a little balcony you can stand on. You can see the sea from it.
It sleeps four. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. The kitchen was all redone a couple of years ago, so it's modern and works well. You can bring one dog.
There's a small enclosed patio area out the back if you want some outside space. Parking is on site, which is useful.
For the local area, you've got everything you need within 150 yards. There's a shop, a fish and chip shop, and a couple of takeaways. The bus stop is very close too, and the number 12 bus goes regularly to Brighton one way and Eastbourne the other.
The Seven Sisters cliffs and the South Downs are right on your doorstep for walking. The classic cliff walk from Seaford to Eastbourne goes past the Lighthouse and Beachy Head. It's a good, long walk with great views.
If you're driving, you can get to a few places within half an hour. Lewes has the castle and is nice to wander around. Drusillas Zoo is about 20 minutes away if you have children. Brighton is roughly 25 minutes by car or you can get the bus.
Facilities are what you'd expect: wifi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included.
