Kingsway Court is in Seaford, up on the cliffs. It's a flat in a modern block. Really, the main thing is you're five minutes from the beach.
It sleeps four, across three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a balcony with a view of the sea. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable. The kitchen was new a few years ago.
The living room is fine. Garden's shared. You can park on site.
For things nearby, there's a local shop and a takeaway a couple of minutes walk away. The bus stop is just outside, and the number 12 bus runs every ten minutes. It goes to Eastbourne one way and Brighton the other.
The beach is straight down the hill. It's shingle. You can walk along the promenade. There are two golf courses close by if that's your thing.
For a proper walk, the South Downs National Park is right there. The Seven Sisters cliffs start just east of town. The classic walk goes over them to Birling Gap and Beachy Head, then down into Eastbourne.
If you want a day out, Brighton is about 40 minutes on the bus. Lewes is 20 minutes in the car. The National Trust has a few places nearby, like Bateman's.
Facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and the bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
