Seaside Place is on Shoreham Beach. It's a five-bedroom house right on the shingle. You can see the sea from most rooms and there's a gate from the garden straight onto the beach.
It sleeps up to twelve people. There are five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, which is useful if you don't want to use the stairs. The main living area is upstairs for the views. There's a large kitchen with a big breakfast bar, three ovens, and two dishwashers.
The garden has fake grass, which is practical. There's plenty of seating, an outdoor kitchen area with a large BBQ, and a hot tub. There's also a small putting green. Parking is on a gravel area at the front for quite a few cars.
The house has a 5 Star rating. It's well-equipped with things like smart TVs, Alexa speakers, a couple of washing machines, and a drying room. We provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
Shoreham itself has the basics: a local shop, pubs, a museum. The Ropetackle Arts Centre sometimes has shows. For a longer walk, the South Downs National Park is close by.
Brighton is about a 20-minute drive along the coast for bigger shops, the pier, and that sort of thing. You can walk along the beach to the mouth of the River Adur.
