Wells Cottage is in Hook Norton. It's a three-storey cottage from the early 1800s, so the stairs are narrow and steep. It's been renovated inside.
It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It’s got a 4 Star rating.
The garden is bigger than you'd expect from the front. It's private. Up on the top floor there’s a little landing area with a couple of chairs. The views from there are good, you can see over the village rooftops.
The village shop and a pub are about 200 yards away. The pub serves food. The brewery here is famous, it's one of the last Victorian ones. They do tours if you're interested.
You're right between Chipping Norton and Banbury. Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water and Moreton-in-Marsh are all about a 20 minute drive. For a longer day out, Oxford, Blenheim Palace, or Stratford-upon-Avon are within half an hour.
For facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a cot if needed. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is on the street outside.
You can bring up to two dogs.
