Islington Hall is in Tilney High End. It's the east wing of a big hall, so it's part of a larger house. We're next door. You get the whole place to yourselves, obviously.
It sleeps eleven. Six bedrooms, four bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been refurbished so it's in good order. It's a big space.
The garden is large and enclosed. There's a private hot tub out there. It's a good spot.
Inside, there's a wood burning stove. All the basics are covered: plenty of TVs, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Also, there's an electric vehicle charger on the parking area.
You'll need a car here. The local shop and pub are about three miles away. They're fine.
For a day out, Sandringham House is about a twenty minute drive. It's the King's country place. Sandringham Estate has the grounds and museum. King's Lynn is about the same distance the other way. It's a proper old town with a port.
The coast is west of here. Hunstanton is a classic seaside town, about seventeen miles. Heacham is similar, a bit closer. They both have sandy beaches.
If you like birdwatching, the RSPB reserve at Snettisham is known for the wading birds, especially when the tides are right. RSPB Snettisham has the details.
For kids, Church Farm near King's Lynn is a ten mile drive. It's a farm where you can see the animals.
Other things nearby: there's local fishing, a golf course not far, and horse riding can be arranged.
You can bring up to two dogs.
