Walnut Tree House

Walnut Tree House is a detached house in Tilney St Lawrence. It's out in the flat Norfolk countryside. You've got big gardens and open views over the fields.

It sleeps ten people in five bedrooms. Four bathrooms, which helps with a big group. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well finished.

The kitchen is sizeable and has an island with stools. The drawing room has plenty of seating. Outside, there's a separate building in the paddock, about three metres from the house. That's where the games room and bar are, with a pool table and dartboard. The hot tub is there too, on a gravel area with some outdoor seating.

There's a shop and a pub a mile away. A restaurant is about a mile and a half.

King's Lynn is seven miles. It's an historic town with a market square and a riverside. You'll find shops and places to eat there. The coast is about half an hour's drive. Hunstanton and Heacham have sandy beaches and the usual seaside things.

If you're interested, Sandringham Estate is nearby and open to the public when the Royal family isn't in residence. The RSPB has several reserves in the area, like Snettisham, which are good for birdwatching.

For a day out, you can drive to Cambridge or Norwich. Cambridge is about an hour. Norwich is a bit further.

Facilities: everything listed is included. There's parking, a washing machine, a cot and highchair. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. One thing to note: the description mentions there are some open, steep, spiral, or narrow stairs in the property.
