Walnut Tree House is in Tilney St Lawrence, which is a village a few miles outside of King's Lynn. It's a detached house in the middle of fields. You get the whole garden and the hot tub to yourselves. The views from the back are just open countryside.
The house sleeps ten in five bedrooms. Four bathrooms, which is handy with that many people. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's a smart place, comfortable and well looked after. There's plenty of space so a group won't feel on top of each other.
The stairs are normal house stairs, nothing unusual. The hot tub is large and looks out over the paddock. The kitchen island has stools, it's a nice spot for a coffee.
There's a local shop and a pub about a mile away. Another good pub, the Rose and Crown, is at the next village.
King's Lynn is seven miles. It’s got decent shops and restaurants, and a market. The quayside is worth a look. For beaches, Hunstanton is the nearest proper seaside town with a sandy beach. It's about a 30 minute drive. Heacham is similar, a bit closer.
Sandringham is very close. You can visit the house and gardens when the Royal family isn't in residence. It's worth a trip. The RSPB reserves at Snettisham and Titchwell are within half an hour if you like birdwatching. Wisbech is seven miles, a market town.
