Woodpecker Barn
Woodpecker Barn is near the village of Walton Highway in Norfolk. It's a converted barn, so it's modern inside but with some older features like exposed beams. It's all on one level, so there are no stairs to worry about.
It sleeps four people in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's rated 5 Star, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The garden is enclosed and private. It has a hot tub and furniture. A little bridge from the garden leads into a one-acre meadow where you can kick a ball about.
For supplies or a meal out, you'd drive to Wisbech. It's about five miles away and has supermarkets and places to eat. There's a farm shop and restaurant about a mile and a half from the barn.
The north Norfolk coast is about a 30-minute drive. That's where you'll find beaches like Hunstanton and nature reserves. The Royal Sandringham Estate is in that direction too, when it's open to visitors.
Further afield, you can get to Ely and its cathedral, or Cambridge, in under an hour if you fancy a day out.
As for the facilities, it has the usual things: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. No pets allowed.
