Woodpecker Barn
Woodpecker Barn is in Walton Highway, out in the fens. It's a converted barn on one level, so no stairs. There's an electric gate at the drive.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's finished to a high spec. Heated floors, that sort of thing.
The garden is enclosed and private. There's a hot tub out there. A little footbridge leads from the garden into a one-acre meadow.
Inside, it's open plan. Exposed beams, wooden floors. There's underfloor heating, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Wi-Fi is included.
It's a rural spot. The nearest proper supermarket and places to eat are in Wisbech, about five miles away. There's a farm shop and a garden centre with a restaurant about a mile and a half from here.
For a day out, you can get to the North Norfolk coast in just over half an hour. Sandringham Estate is about 25 miles away if you fancy that. The coast at Hunstanton is good for a traditional seaside day.
