Bramley Lodge Annex is an annexe next to our house on a quiet lane in Clenchwarton village. It sleeps two people. There's one bedroom and one shower room downstairs. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's clean and comfortable but it's not huge.
You can walk to the village shop from here. The local pub is about a mile away and does food. It's a proper village pub.
For the coast, the sandy beaches at places like Old Hunstanton or Heacham are about a 20 minute drive. King's Lynn is a 10-15 minute drive away. It's a proper market town with shops and a cinema. You can take the ferry across the river from there to West Lynn.
Sandringham House and its grounds are really close, maybe a 10 minute drive. It's good for a walk even if the house isn't open. There are a few nature reserves around here too, like Snettisham, which is known for the bird spectacles when the tide comes in.
For facilities, it's got a washing machine, a TV, and WiFi. There's a small patio area with a BBQ, and parking right outside. The bedding and towels are included. No pets, I'm afraid.
