Bramley Lodge Annex is in Clenchwarton. It's a village just outside King's Lynn. We live in the main house next door, but the annexe is separate and you've got your own space.
It's compact, sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom all on the ground floor. It's got a 4 Star rating so it's in good order.
You get a garden and patio area, with a BBQ. There's parking right outside.
The village shop is a few minutes walk. The pub is about a mile. They do food.
King's Lynn is a ten minute drive. It's a proper market town. You can also get the ferry there from West Lynn if you want.
The coast is close. For a beach, Old Hunstanton, or up towards Holkham, are about a half hour drive and they are good expansive sandy beaches.
The Sandringham Estate is nearby. It's interesting to walk around. The National Trust Sandringham page has details.
There are also some nature reserves along the Wash if that's your thing, like RSPB Snettisham.
Inside, there's a washing machine, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included.
No pets allowed, sorry.
