Bracken Log Cabin Duncrievie

Bracken Log Cabin is one of three up here, on the farm at Duncrievie. The view is the main thing. You look out over the fields towards the Ochil Hills. It's quiet, and there are rabbits and birds in the meadows.

It's a one-bedroom cabin, sleeps two. Everything is on one level. The shower is a walk-in one, decent pressure. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's clean and comfortable. The floors are wooden, so you might want slippers if your feet get cold.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. There's a small patio area with a table and chairs, just for you. It's enclosed, so if you did bring a dog it would be secure, but we don't take pets at the moment, sorry.

You can walk straight from the door. There's a path up to a viewpoint. Glenfarg village is about three quarters of a mile away for a paper or basics. The nearest pub for a meal is about three and a half miles.

You're well placed for getting out. Falkland Palace is about twenty minutes' drive. Perth and Scone Palace are maybe half an hour. St Andrews, Stirling Castle, and Edinburgh are all roughly an hour away, depending on traffic. There are good farm shops around for groceries, within a fifteen minute drive.
