Barn Owl Cottage Offchurch

Barn Owl Cottage is out in Offchurch in Warwickshire. It's a one-bedroom place, so it's just for two people. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well looked after.

The cottage is down a private drive next to our place, which is a converted barn. It's quiet out here, just fields. You get your own garden and patio, which faces south so it gets the sun.

Inside, there's one bedroom with a super king-size bed. We can split it into two singles if you let us know beforehand. There's one bathroom with a shower over the bath. The living area has a TV and there's fibre broadband. The kitchen has what you'd expect: dishwasher, washing machine, that sort of thing.

The village of Offchurch is about a twenty minute walk across the fields. They have a good pub there that does food. If you drive for about five minutes towards the Fosse Way, there's Hilltop Farm. They've got a shop and a cafe.

Leamington Spa is about ten minutes by car. It's a nice town with parks and shops. For bigger days out, Warwick Castle is about fifteen minutes away. Kenilworth Castle is maybe twenty minutes. If you like walking, Draycote Water is a short drive. There's horse riding locally and a golf course nearby too.

There's parking right outside the cottage. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
