The Pad Royal Leamington Spa

The Pad is a two bedroom flat right in the centre of Leamington Spa. It sleeps four. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped.

You can walk to pretty much everything in town within five or ten minutes. There are a lot of restaurants and pubs. Loads of choice. The flat is open plan, so the living, dining and kitchen area is all one space.

Outside, there's a small courtyard garden. It gets the sun in the evening. It's a nice spot to sit out.

Leamington is a nice town to wander around. The main streets are wide with Regency buildings. Jephson Gardens are good for a stroll. You can hire a boat on the river if you fancy it. The Royal Pump Rooms are there if you're interested in the history.

Warwick Castle is about three miles away. It's a big, proper castle. Stratford-upon-Avon is about twelve miles. You can see a play at the Royal Shakespeare Company there. The Cotswolds are about a thirty-five minute drive if you want to see that kind of countryside.

For facilities, you've got WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's no allocated parking, but there is on-street parking nearby, usually without too much trouble.
