The Pad is a two bedroom flat in the middle of Leamington Spa. It's on the ground floor of a Victorian terrace. Sleeps four, one bathroom.
It's a 4 Star place. That means it's comfortable and well looked after, not a show home. Everything you need is there. The main room is open plan. You've got a small courtyard garden out the back. It gets the sun in the evening.
The big thing is the location. You're a five minute walk from the Parade, which is the main street. All the shops, cafes, and pubs are right there. There's a Sainsbury's Local around the corner for basics.
Leamington itself is nice to walk around. The architecture is grand. The Jephson Gardens are good for a stroll, and you can go in the glasshouses. The Royal Pump Rooms are there too, which has a museum and sometimes a spa.
If you want to go further out, Warwick Castle is about ten minutes in the car. It's a proper day out. Stratford-upon-Avon is about twenty minutes drive. You can see a play at the Royal Shakespeare Company or just look around the town.
For walking or a drive, the Cotswolds start not too far away. Birmingham is about half an hour if you need the city or the NEC.
Inside, it's got a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is on the street. You usually find a space close by, but it's not a guaranteed spot. No pets, sorry.
