Ufton Fields View is a cottage near Southam in Warwickshire. It's detached and sits on an edge, so the back garden looks out over fields. You get a good view of the Ufton Fields Nature Reserve from the upstairs balcony.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom has a balcony. It's got a 4 Star rating which means it's well kept. Everything works.
The kitchen is fine for cooking a meal. There's a wood burner in the living room if you want it. The doors from the dining area open out to the garden.
Ufton itself is quiet. There's a village pub. The Ufton Fields Nature Reserve is right there for walks. You can see a lot of birds.
Southam is two miles away for shops. Leamington Spa is about four miles. That's where you'll find most of the restaurants and a bigger supermarket.
Warwick Castle is under half an hour's drive. Stratford-upon-Avon is about twenty minutes away. You can visit Shakespeare's places or see a play at the Royal Shakespeare Company.
The Burton Dassett Hills are good for a walk and a view, about twenty minutes by car. For a longer day out, the Cotswolds are accessible. Farnborough Hall is a National Trust property nearby, but check opening times as it's limited.
