Ufton Fields View is on the edge of the village of Ufton, near Southam in Warwickshire. It's a detached new-build house. It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place, so it's quite well finished and has good facilities.
The main thing is the view at the back. The garden looks out over fields. There's a patio with bi-fold doors that open up from the dining area. Inside, it's open plan downstairs with a wood burner in the living room. Upstairs, two rooms have double beds and one has twins. One of the doubles has a small balcony.
The Ufton Fields Nature Reserve starts right behind the house. You can walk straight into it. It's grassland and woods with some bird hides. It's good for a casual walk.
The village has a pub. Southam is two miles away for a Co-op and other shops. Royal Leamington Spa is about four miles. That's where you'll find the main high street shops and restaurants.
Warwick Castle is just over seven miles. Stratford-upon-Avon is about a 20 minute drive. You can see a play at the Royal Shakespeare Company or see Shakespeare's birthplace. The Burton Dassett Hills are good for walking and views, that's about a 15 minute drive.
For a day out, the National Trust's Farnborough Hall is nearby. It has limited opening. The Cotswolds AONB starts about a half hour drive south. Bicester Village is roughly 40 minutes away for shopping.
Facilities include a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking. You can bring up to two dogs.
