The Old Sawmill One Plumpton Green

The Old Sawmill One is a ground floor apartment in Plumpton Green. It's part of a converted sawmill, so you've got neighbours above and to the side, but it's quiet. You have your own front door.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, which is good. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, one's an en suite. Helpful if you're two couples or a family with older kids.

Inside it's all open plan, kitchen, living and dining area together. It's modern and clean. It has a 4 Star rating. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included.

Outside, there's a patio area that wraps around the side. It's not massive, but it's sunny and private. There's parking right outside.

The village is small. There's a pub a short walk away, and a farm shop. It's a proper rural spot, but you're only about ten minutes by car from Lewes, which has everything you need. The South Downs National Park starts on your doorstep. Good for walking or cycling straight from the door.

Plumpton Racecourse is just down the road. Brighton is about a twenty-five minute drive if you fancy the seafront or the lanes. Glyndebourne is less than fifteen minutes away.

Facilities wise, it's all there. Washing machine, dishwasher, parking, the patio. No pets allowed, sorry.
