Daisy Decker is a converted double-decker bus in Hollym, East Yorkshire. It sleeps five. There are two bedrooms up top and one bathroom downstairs.
It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and well-equipped. It's not a hotel, it's a bus. You walk in through the old front doors and the driver's seat is still there, which is a bit of fun. The stairs to the top deck are the bus stairs, so they're quite steep and narrow. That's just how it is.
Downstairs has a small kitchen and a living area with a gas fire. There's a shower room. Upstairs, the bedrooms are at the back. The windows wrap around so you get a good view of the fields. On a clear day you can see the sea.
The bus is detached in its own enclosed garden. There's a seating area, a BBQ, and a swing. Parking is right there on the gravel.
Hollym is a quiet village. There's a pub a few minutes walk away. The coast is about a ten minute drive. Withernsea is the nearest proper seaside town. It's got a pier, shops, and a lighthouse you can go up.
If you want to go further out, Spurn Point is about half an hour's drive for walks and birdwatching. Burton Constable Hall is closer, maybe 20 minutes. In the other direction, Hull is under 40 minutes away. The Deep aquarium there is good for a wet day.
Bedding and towels are included. No pets allowed.
