Homestead Garnsgate

Homestead is right out in the flat countryside near Garnsgate, south Lincolnshire. It's a detached farmhouse. It sleeps eight, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well equipped. It's a solid, no-nonsense sort of place.

You get a big, enclosed garden. It's mostly lawn, good for kids or dogs to run about. There's plenty of parking for a few cars.

Inside, it's roomy. There's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings. The kitchen has what you need. The stairs are fine. Being a farmhouse, the ceilings are a good height.

You can take up to two dogs. There's a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine and WiFi.

It's very quiet. The view is over fields. You can walk straight out into the lanes.

For a day out, the coast is about half an hour's drive. Sutton-on-Sea and Mablethorpe are the main ones. King's Lynn is about 25 minutes away, that's your nearest proper town with shops and a bit of history. Spalding is about the same distance the other way, known for the spring flower fields.
