Manor Farm Lodge
Manor Farm Lodge is a Victorian gatehouse. It's a listed building so there are some old features, like the windows. It's detached and the garden is walled. You can see fields from there.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. One double, one twin. There's one bathroom with a shower over the bath. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and everything works. It's not huge, but it's a good size for four.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and there's a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There's a wood burner in the living room. We supply the first bag of logs. Bedding and towels are included.
You're welcome to bring up to two dogs. The garden is enclosed. From April to October, you can use the tennis court on the farm. There are also some sheep and other animals in the fields you can say hello to.
North Perrott is a quiet village. There's a pub that does food and a farm shop with a cafe. The nearest proper supermarket is in Crewkerne, about two miles away.
If you want to go out, Ham Hill Country Park is good for a walk and a view. Montacute House is about ten minutes by car. For a day at the coast, it's about 40 minutes to West Bay or Lyme Regis on the Jurassic Coast. Sherborne with its abbey and castles is about 20 minutes away.
