Lancaster Holme upon Spalding Moor

This is Lancaster. It's one of three small pods in the garden behind Ye Old Red Lion pub, in Holme upon Spalding Moor. It's detached, so it's just you out there.

It sleeps two. One bedroom, one shower room. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's a pod, so think of it as smart camping. You've got everything you need in one open-plan room: a bed, a sofa, a small kitchen area with a gas hob and fridge, and a table. The doors open out onto your own patio.

The hot tub is on the patio. It's private, just for this pod.

The pub is about twenty steps from your door. They serve food, so you can eat there if you don't want to cook. There's parking on site.

For things to do, you're out in the East Riding countryside. The Yorkshire Wolds are right there for walking and cycling. York is about half an hour's drive west. Good for a day out. The coast at Hornsea is about the same drive east.

If you like big houses, Burton Agnes Hall and Sledmere House are within 30 minutes. Castle Howard is a bit further, maybe 40 minutes. The market towns of Pocklington and Malton are close by.

Facilities: all bedding and towels are included. There's a TV and WiFi. There's storage if you bring bikes. No pets.
