This is Torland, in Dalserf. It's a detached house, big enough for ten people with five bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. You can bring two dogs.
The house is set back from a quiet lane. There's a long driveway and a big garden, mainly lawn with some trees. You get a bit of privacy.
Inside, it's spacious. There's a kitchen, two separate living rooms, and each has a wood burning stove. There's also a games room with a pool table and things like that. The conservatory is large, with a table for eating. It's a good spot to sit.
Upstairs there are the five bedrooms, and an extra sitting area with a sofa bed. The stairs are fine, but they're a typical house staircase.
You're about ten minutes by car from Lanark. New Lanark is there, which is a World Heritage Site. Glasgow is roughly 40 minutes away and Edinburgh is about an hour's drive. For walks and outdoor things, Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park is maybe 45 minutes north.
The facilities are what you'd expect for a house this size. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, parking for a few cars. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
